Me too. I have a love/hate relationship with Novak. I love their customer service and the product when it works, but I hate the low reliability I have in the product. At least I have a back up rotor now.

I'm installing a new rear gearbox. Many of the screws were stripped when I bought it and I never put a new one on. The shit hit the fan Saturday and all the screws started to fail at once. Hopefully I'll have it back up and running soon and ready to break something else

Matt,

I heard you had an issue with the Tekin system. Was it the rotor that failed? That's my main issue with the Novak motor.

swamper and I got to try out the RC8E at xrc on friday. buggy rocks!!!
comes off the jumps really well and plenty of speed down the straight.
can't wait to try it out in a race there now. highest temp on motor and esc was 161* after about 15 mins of hard running.
